As a member of our dedicated team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the operational success of Green Funding Schemes, including the ECO 4 initiative, and other able-to-pay options.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Managing complaints with precision and care, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identifying trends and training gaps for continuous improvement in customer interactions.
- Delivering top-notch Customer Service, with accurate data capture and reporting.
- Excelling in customer communication and expectation management.
- Adapting seamlessly to changing project needs and supporting your team.
- Building strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Problem-solving and proactive initiative-taking to enhance team performance.
What we need from you:
- ✨ Exceptional organizational skills and prioritization abilities.
- ✨ Experience in managing customer complaints via email and telephony.
- ✨ Proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, including Excel.
- ✨ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- ✨ Demonstrated empathy and patience for customers, always striving to do what's right.
- ✨ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- ✨ Meticulous attention to detail for accurate documentation and data input.
- ✨ Willingness to embrace change and tackle new challenges head-on.
- ✨ Professional representation of E.ON to stakeholders.
- ✨ Experience with Microsoft Teams and MS Dynamics is a plus.
- ✨ PC skills.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Hybrid Working Model:
- 1 day in the office (Wednesday)
- 4 days from home
Location: Trinity House, Nottingham
Pay Rate: £11.43 per hour
