About Us

Moriarty Law are an innovative Law firm based in Surrey that specialises in pre legal and legal services for clients across a broad spectrum within the Financial Services sector.

Following our continued success and to support further business growth, we are looking for candidates to work from our offices in Byfleet, Surrey and require a number of new Junior Executivesto join our team.

The Role

This is a new entry level role within the firm and aims to provide us further resource for dealing with inbound enquiries from customers who are making payments to us and all pre legal telephone /web-chat enquiries into the business. The role is predominantly telephone-based.

You will help ensure that all enquiries are dealt with efficiently and competently whilst providing a high level of Customer Service to ensure that we provide our clients customers the best customer journey and outcomes possible. You will also assist the team maximise recoveries on behalf of our Clients and ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks that us and our clients adhere to.

The role and duties will progress over a period of time as the member of staff’s training and development programme allows them to gain a better understanding of our industry, regulations, litigation, clients & account types, query handling and our procedures and processes. This will allow executives to move up into higher positions within the department at a pace their abilities can determine and is a great entry level opportunity to get into Financial Services within a legal practice.

We have Full Time and Part Time positions available and are open to accommodating flexible working hours for suitable candidates.

We can also offer remote working after staff reaching required competency and performance levels.

Our working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am -5:30pm / Friday 9am - 5pm / Saturdays 9am -1pm. Full time roles working 37 hours per week.

Requirements

We invite applications from candidates with or without experience as full induction and ongoing training will be provided.

We are looking for hard working individuals that have a 'can do’ positive attitude. This is a fast paced role where there are always calls to be taken or enquiries to respond to. Applicants should have good negotiation skills, excellent Customer Service skills/abilities, be assertive, have a good telephone manner, be resilient, be able to have difficult conversations at times, remain professional at all times and have good time management and account management skills.

Salary & Benefits

We offer these opportunities with potential for growth within the organisation as we continue to expand significantly into 2024.

This is a target-oriented role. A basic salary is a provided and bonus incentive will run alongside this which will be based on achieving high levels of Customer Service and QA call quality, and a monthly incentive scheme for achieving key metrics.

OTE of £26,000 for full time positions

Any staff that work out a good fit for the firm and the role, will then have the opportunity within 12 months to progress into a full Account Management Executive position in the future where an OTE of £35,000 pa + is available.
