This is a temp to perm role, starting as 13-weeks contract.
You will be responsible for liaising with the Logistics team, with freight forwarders and clients, taking care of the order-placing process and liaising with different teams.

Responsibilities
As Customer Service Agent, you will…
- Liaise with the freight forwarders to support them during the delivery process
- Utilise available resources to support the company transport network
- Build lasting relationships with transport and warehouse providers, as well as internal stakeholders and the end B2B customers

- Excellent problem solving ability and capacity for thinking outside the box
- Good Excel skills, Pivotable and Vlookups
- Self-reliance and ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Great communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and develop
