Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time
Hours: 40 (Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 5:15, Friday 8:30 - 4:00)
Salary: 22,500 Per Annum

As the first point of contact for our esteemed customers, you will play a pivotal role in understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. Your exceptional communication skills and commitment to outstanding Customer Service will allow you to take ownership of any form of customer contact e.g. incidents, complaints, service requests etc. and actioning them in the most effective manner possible, You will be continually evaluating service offerings to customers along with working collaboratively with, and providing support to, other departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with external and internal customers to assist with all queries via telephone & email
- Provide excellent Customer Service at all times
- React to incoming customer e-mail where customers are attempting to contact Restore in an appropriate way, logging issues and notifying the customer that the issue is logged.
- To build close working relationships with all areas of the business
- Complete company paperwork accurately and promptly in line with company procedures
- Daily use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and other MS Packages
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience working in Customer Service roles would preferable however not a necessity
Effective communication skills across all levels - IT Literate with experience using Microsoft Packages - specifically Outlook, Excel and Word

Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
