- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Includes one in three weekends)
Duties
- Handle incoming calls and queries from drivers efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and support to resolve driver issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The Candidate
- Excellent Communication Skills - Both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Customer Service Experience - Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Problem-Solving Abilities - Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues promptly.
- Team Player - Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Flexibility - Availability to work one in three weekends as part of the schedule.
