Job description

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in property management? Do you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Junior Analyst position for a UK leading Property Management company.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating the in-house database with accurate and relevant information
  • Providing high-standard Customer Service to callers and responding to their queries in a professional and helpful manner
  • Reading, interpreting and analysing leases, deeds and other property title documents
  • Recommending actions and solutions based on your review of legal documentation
  • Reconciling and identifying any data discrepancies
  • Assisting the department manager and colleagues to deliver key projects within a planned timeframe

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of your role
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a high volume of calls
  • The ability to learn new systems and use them effectively in accordance with company procedures
  • The ability to work productively and cooperatively with a variety of colleagues in a team environment
  • The ability to write professional letters, both using templates and drafting letters
  • The ability to investigate a query and suggest solutions, using your initiative and problem-solving skills

The role is paying between £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
