Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating the in-house database with accurate and relevant information
- Providing high-standard Customer Service to callers and responding to their queries in a professional and helpful manner
- Reading, interpreting and analysing leases, deeds and other property title documents
- Recommending actions and solutions based on your review of legal documentation
- Reconciling and identifying any data discrepancies
- Assisting the department manager and colleagues to deliver key projects within a planned timeframe
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of your role
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a high volume of calls
- The ability to learn new systems and use them effectively in accordance with company procedures
- The ability to work productively and cooperatively with a variety of colleagues in a team environment
- The ability to write professional letters, both using templates and drafting letters
- The ability to investigate a query and suggest solutions, using your initiative and problem-solving skills
The role is paying between £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
