Job Description

Do you have support desk experience with Customer Service and a bit of sales?
Our client is seeking a Customer Service and Helpdesk Administrator to join them at their family-owned company in Plymouth, offering professional products and solutions to beauty salons.
In a nutshell, you will provide help desk duties to support users and create excellent relationships with their clients, including onboarding, implementation, and training!
As the Customer Service and Helpdesk Administrator, you will be in charge of the sale, training, and ongoing technical support of their salon software application called Meevo, specifically designed for the hair & beauty industry.
Customer Service and Helpdesk Administrator job details:
    Salary - £13,500 p/a (based on part time hours) - £24,000 pro rata
    Part time 22.5 hours per week Tuesday – Thursday
    Looking for someone to start asap!

Key Tasks of the Customer Service and Helpdesk Administrator:
Help Desk:
    Responding to and accurately logging cases received via phone and email.
    Remotely accessing devices to help provide support and training.
    Helping to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
    Use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals.
    Documenting and escalating issues that are not resolved
    Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues

Onboarding/Implementation:
    Helping migrate new users to the new software
    Provide remote training/coaching on best practices
    Process data export/imports.

Account Management:
    Encouraging customers to develop & progress their use of the software.
    Educating on new features and add-ons available.

Key Skills:
    Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
    Passionate about identifying problems, find solutions, and improve relationships.
    Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communications.
