Our client is seeking a Customer Service and Helpdesk Administrator to join them at their family-owned company in Plymouth, offering professional products and solutions to beauty salons.
In a nutshell, you will provide help desk duties to support users and create excellent relationships with their clients, including onboarding, implementation, and training!
As the Customer Service and Helpdesk Administrator, you will be in charge of the sale, training, and ongoing technical support of their salon software application called Meevo, specifically designed for the hair & beauty industry.
