Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service & Sales Advisorto join their team in Thame, Oxfordshire. Working on a full-time, permanent basis. Hours 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Key tasks
You will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Driving sales and renewals via outbound calls and emails.
- Providing first class service to existing and new customers.
- Maintaining customer relationships and keeping product knowledge updated.
- Assisting regional managers with bookings/meetings.
- Deal with first stage complaints to ensure they are escalated to the correct colleague.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will be outgoing and able to work under pressure maintaining efficiency and speed and be able to manage customer objections. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a keen interest in sales and is looking to work in a busy and vibrant office. We are looking for someone who has:
- Outstanding telephone manner
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Problem solving skills
- Friendly and professional manner
- Experience in sales/renewals or a contact centre will be advantageous but not essential
