Customer Service And Sales Coordinator

Juice is delighted to be working with a well-established, family-run business based in Frome, who are looking to recruit a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to join their friendly team.

This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a long-standing business and would suit someone who is keen to make an impact, is confident on the telephone and is keen toadd value to a successful team.

DAY TO DAY:

• You will be responsible for dealing with customers over the phone and on email, answering their enquiries and ensuring excellent Customer Service.
• Proactively building a strong working relationship with customers.
• Raising quotations and processing through to orders.
• Liaising between production, transport and customers to efficiently answer enquiries concerning production and deliveries.
• Ensure that all customer issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion.
• Carry out and range of administrative and Customer Service duties.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Minimum 2 years office-based sales support and/or Customer Service experience.
• Highly developed interpersonal and team working skills.
• Confident and efficient telephone manner.
• Ability to work using own initiative and at times under pressure.
• Numerate and organised.
• Competent in MS Office.
• Willing to learn and have a positive attitude.
