Our Customer Installation Centre is based at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Barton-Upon-Humber which offers a wide variety of views and perks!
Whether arranging a delivery or installation, helping with a product query or dealing with a complaint our Installation Team are responsible for creating award winning, positive experiences.

- Proactively resolving customer queries and issues through various channels of communication
• Provide all Wren customers with an exceptional and inspirational experience
• Demonstrate empathy and clear understanding when liaising with customers in a professional manner
• Identify and report on processes that could result in a poor customer experience
• Provide customer support to our Wren Approved Installers based in the field
• Creative and responsible decision making when resolving customer queries

- Attentive with a strong focus on the customer experience

• Ability to effectively organise and prioritise your own workload
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed work schedule
