We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

The Wool Factory is a rapidly growing business in the arts & crafts retail sector mainly focusing on retail of knitting wool/yarn, fabrics & sewing products online and in store. We have a huge passion for craft and aim to be the leading store in the UK for our chosen craft ranges.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, social media and live chat to provide assistance and resolve issues
- Enter customer information and inquiries accurately into the database
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers
- Follow company guidelines and phone etiquette standards to ensure high-quality service
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
Other duties: We are currently a relatively small team and you may be required to carry out other daily tasks as required such as, but not limited to: picking and packing of orders, taking in deliveries, stock movement and product listing.

- Is a craft orientated person with a good knowledge of our specific crafts, specifically knitting & crochet.
Some experience in a prior Customer Service role and good computer knowledge would be advantageous.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 12pm
