What you'll be doing
As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent Customer service on the Shopfloor processing various transactions including different payments types, dealing with customer queries, maintaining the housekeeping of the department and any other duties associated with the role.
Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Aramark.  ⦁ Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.  ⦁ Preparation of service area and/or service points.  ⦁ Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to.⦁ Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.  ⦁ Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times.  ⦁ To present an image at all times conducive to good customer relations.  ⦁ Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy.  ⦁ Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s equal opportunity policy.  ⦁ The job description may be altered from time to time to meet the changing needs and requirements of the company⦁ Although your main place of work will be Fort George Barracks, there is the opportunity to work locally for overtime at short term camps.
Experience
- Previous catering/hospitality experience is desirable along with great Customer service skills
- A DBS check will be required to complete your application
- A team player and confident communicator who is eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences
- Flexible to workload and shifts if required
