Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and in person
- Build a great relationship with pets & their owners on a daily basis
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Manage the diary, including appointments with our vets & nurses, along with organising surgeries
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Processing payments & end-of-day cashing up
Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous veterinary experience is desirable, a love of animals is essential!
Shifts will cover evening & weekends. We are open 8am-8pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-6pm Friday & 8:30am-4:30pm Saturdays. We are looking for a part-time (24 hours) applicant, these hours would be covered over three days with a variety of shifts.
