Hertz Car Rental are currently seeking Full Time Customer Service Agents for our Belfast City Airport branch. This role requires vibrant and positive applicants who are willing to work in a fast moving environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Agent:
- Owning the full rental experience from vehicle preparation, interacting with customers to handling returns.
- Providing excellent face-to-face Customer Service.
- Being a brand ambassador – positively promoting our products and services.
- Working towards targets to increase productivity and sales.
- Collecting and delivering cars to and from branches
- Collecting and delivering cars to and from Hotels for Clients
What we are looking for:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-player
- Friendly, positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- A full valid driving licence with 12 months’ experience is Essential
This role involves interacting with customers face to face and over the telephone, so perfect English is essential with full ongoing training provided.
This role will be awarded a basic salary plus the opportunity to earn monthly commission.
The role will be based at Belfast City Airport
The hours are based on Branch Opening Hours. Shift work and does include weekends on a rota system.
