We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service and support to our clients. This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.
We are looking for a candidate that has immaculate Customer Service manner. Has ability to manage multiple clients and is confident in situations where clients can be demanding. You will need strong organisational, administration(report writing) and IT computer skills. As the candidate develops in this role they will also get the opportunity to be part of sales to the clients they are tasked with managing (Training will be provided).
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer tickets raised.
- Perform data entry via out internal IT Helpdesk and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Produce monthly reports for each client and submit to senior management for review prior to issuing.
Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred. Audio-Visual Experience is not a requirement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
