The Client
My client is a company that specialises in complete drainage services to corporate clients managing domestic and small commercial drainage failures. The company provides a quick and competitively priced response to their clients needs whether it be a simple blockage, a drain collapse or a burst water pipe. Due to recent expansion, they currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to work from the clients Ringwood office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering a high volume of new inbound enquiries via phone, live chat and contact forms.
- Taking payments from customers over the phone.
- Dealing with any inbound complaints efficiently.
- Managing a diary of customers and jobs to understand customers' needs.
- Managing an extensive range of job data and applying tasks where necessary.
- Manage inbound email inbox, distributing enquiries to the right place and handling a volume of Customer Service enquiries.
- Ensuring quality control standards are met with every job.
- Auditing engineers job reports to ensure all job requirements are met.
- Creating and issuing Survey reports.
- General admin works where necessary.
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication & phone handling skills.
- Efficient with Excel, Word, PDFs. CRM Systems etc.
- Previous experience within a similar Customer Service role.
- An ability to deal professionally, calmly and tactfully with customers.
- Ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative in a busy environment.
