Role Description
The main purpose of this job is to provide support to the Customer Service and operations team at Cuffe and Taylor. The role will be focusing on responding to customer queries and ensuring FAQ and information is up to date.
Cuffe & Taylor operates Lytham Festival, Live at The Piece Hall , Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Summer Sessions, Cardiff Castle, Lincoln Castle and many other sites. Cuffe & Taylor also Produce and Promoter over 1,500 theatrical shows across the UK and Internationally each year and project manage a major London attraction.

Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience in ZenDesk.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Highly motivated- ability to work deadlines and achieve targets in a time conscious manner
- Experience in working in a busy working environment
- Experience in the events industry is helpful.
What the role includes
- Answering customer emails through ZenDesk for all Cuffe & Taylors festivals, concerts and theatre shows.
- Dealing with accessible customer queries and monitoring access requests.
- Updating and managing Zendesk. Includes auto responses, triggers and macros.
- Updating FAQs and Festival Information Pages.
- Updating resident information.
- Identifying key trends in Customer Service.
- Assisting with the volunteer management.
- Work on site at events and festivals as required, including weekends and evenings.
- Any other reasonable ad hoc duties.
