About the position
In this multifunctional role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our team and the well-being of our valued customers. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in various aspects of our operations.
Your key responsibilities will be the following:
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their questions around our product range.
- Offer product guidance.
- Manage and process orders from a variety of clients, including health food shops and pharmacies.
- Initiate follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Process payments to maintain financial accuracy.
The role is a full-time position with working hours from 9:00 to 17:00 or 8:00 to 16:00. Comprehensive product training will be provided, ensuring a thorough introduction to our product range.
Qualifications
This position requires adaptability and the capacity to handle a variety of tasks with composure and efficiency. You are experienced at managing administrative tasks, overseeing expenses and contributing to efficient utility management.
Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to engage effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders. An ability to connect with customers and address their enquiries and concerns is essential in order to succeed in this position.
Finally, you possess a sincere passion for health and nutrition and aspire to expand your knowledge in these domains.
