AddressWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Mackadown Chippy. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, serving and preparing food for takeaway and delivery. Exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships.
Duties:
- taking payment from customers;
- preparing and handling food for takeaway and delivery;
-working collaboratively with others;
- cleaning and maintaining shop
-answering calls from customers
Skills:
- experience in takeaway or similar environment;
- strong work ethos and reliable

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
