We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to be a part of our integral team here at WLC, The Green, Ealing, London, W5 5EW

What you'll be doing
As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent Customer Service on the Shopfloor processing various transactions including different payments types, dealing with customer queries, maintaining the housekeeping of the department and any other duties associated with the role.
- Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Aramark.
- Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
- Preparation of service area and/or service points.
- Serving customers and till operation
- Making hot beverages
- Food preparation
- Putting away deliveries and stock rotation
- Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to.
- Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
- Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times.
- To present an image at all times conducive to good customer relations.
- Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy.

Experience
- Previous catering/hospitality experience is desirable along with great Customer Service skills
- An Enhanced DBS check will be required to complete your application
- A team player and confident communicator who is eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences
- Flexible to workload and shifts if required
