As a Part Time Customer Service Executive based in Milton Keynes, you’ll be responsible for:
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries
- Process orders through a variety of channels (Electronic, Telephone, EDI, WEB), whilst ensuring a high level of service is given.
- You will efficiently contribute to company sales profit through the achievement of personal and team KPI’s and targets
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Can show a strong focus to meet customers’ needs while also being able to proactively provide creative solutions when necessary
- Previous experience in a customer focussed role e.g retail or office
The role is Part Time working 25 hours a week, Monday - Friday 09:00am - 14:00pm.
