My client based in Aylesbury town centre, are looking for Customer Service Assistants to join their growing team!
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, have a positive can-do attitude and be confident in speaking to people at all levels. In addition, you will need to be able to multi-task and manage your time effectively.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls
- Processing claims
- To act as the main point of contact for customers and clients
- Check that supplier estimates and invoices are equal with the cause and extent of damage reported by customers and insurers
- Use recommended price tables, digital photos, questioning techniques and policy documents to determine the appropriateness of estimates
- Updating jobs correctly on in house system
- Handling low level complaints
This position is Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
