Description
The main responsibilities for the Customer Service Assistant role is:
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to assist customers with their inquiries and purchasing decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Generation:
- Proactively identify opportunities to up sell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Utilise product knowledge and sales techniques to promote additional items, upgrades, or complementary products to enhance the customer's purchase experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals by actively promoting products, overcoming objections, and closing sales opportunities.
Order Processing:
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and managing account information accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as inventory management and shipping, to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
Relationship Building:
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers by providing personalised service and demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and preferences.
