Onboarding Team Leader

A new role in a growing team, we're seeking an analytical, accurate and attentive customer oriented candidate to join an existing onboarding function - integrating new clients to the business and aiding in their transfer from other providers.

This role is integral to both the Business Development and Customer Services functions, ensuring the smooth transition of relationships, data and processes from competitors to this business.

Key duties include:

• Build solid relationships with customers through an extensive knowledge/expertise of process handling.
• Leading a small team of 2 Onboarding Executives, ensuring training and support are provided.
• Working with internal stakeholders to identify improvements to business processes and systems.
• Managing account handover into the business’ post-Onboarding Teams.
• Assisting with the transfer of data using Excel, ensuring accuracy of transfer at all times.
• Cross-selling business and partner products where appropriate.

A wonderful role for a candidate who has worked within an onboarding capacity historically, it is essential that candidates are extremely strong with MS Excel and data work in general. Communication skills clearly also need to be on point, as regular liaison with both internal and external teams will form a big part of this role.
