We are an IT Service and Consultancy company Based In Westlink House, Brentford and are looking to recruit Customer Service Assistants to join our growing team and help manage our client base both old and new, this is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to further their career within the IT service industry. We are looking for hardworking candidates with the right attitude and in turn we can offer career progression and work-related commissions.
Work hours will be Monday to Friday 9:00am to 17:00pm
What we look for:
Positive individuals with team spirit and a go get attitude, has to have bounds of energy to boost the morale of the team.
You must be a fast learner with a hunger to succeed and be able to keep up with other team members and be up to the challenges set by management.
We need candidates with excellent time management skills and should also be able to work well with a remote working team as well.
Job Responsibilities:
Speaking with clients via telephone, email and face to face meetings when required.
Maintaining client database, records and follow up.
Keeping the team updated on the status of customer accounts, taking initiatives where required, to achieve the required result.
Working towards targets set for the team and optimizing results.
Experience:
1 year Customer Service experience will be preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
Education:
Grade B or higher in English Language at GCSE level or equivalent.
