We have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly Customer Service Assistant who has great communication skills to join our amazing Customer Services Team within the University’s Accommodation Services Department. This front-line role supports the 5,500 student residents who come from wide and diverse backgrounds and cultures.
The students who live on campus are generally away from home for the first time and therefore need help and support with the transition, so previous experience of dealing with similar customers would be helpful. An understanding of students and student life challenges is essential to the role. If you enjoy helping people, and being able to make a positive impact on their experience in student accommodation, this is the job for you.
To be successful you will need to have a wide range of administrative experience in customer focussed environments. Experience of Customer Service is also essential, as well as good IT skills and a grasp of Microsoft Office. We are looking for people who will go the extra mile to help and support our student residents.
Where is this role based?
This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed.
