We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, customer focused individual to join our busy and demanding Customer Services Team. You will be part of a team dedicated to managing customer interactions and providing support and advice to customers ensuring as many enquiries as possible are resolved at first point of contact to maximise customer satisfaction
You will provide first point of contact to customers dealing with general enquiries via telephone, live chat and face-to-face giving advice and assistance on a range of Council Services
Previous experience of delivering excellent Customer Service, together with excellent communication and IT skills and an ability to deal courteously and sensitively with enquires.
There are two Customer Service Assistant roles available:
Full Time - 1x 36 hours per week (Mon-Fri between the hours of 8.30-5).
Part Time - 1x 18 hours per week (Monday 11-5, Wednesday 10-4, Friday 11-5).
