As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide assistance and answer their questions
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Enter customer information and inquiries into the database accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer accounts and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and promotions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
