We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to provide excellent customer service over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information about products and services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experience
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries or issues
Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, especially in English
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly
