Customer Service/Call HandlerLocation: Portsmouth – after probation you will have the opportunity to work 3 days from home and two days in the offices per weekHours of work: You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota between 8AM and 8PM, Monday to SundaySalary:£25000 - £25500 with an opportunity for this to rise to between £(phone number removed) and £(phone number removed).*Plus, fantastic benefits which include the followingAn opportunity for a pay increased based solely on set goals and KPIs.Hybrid workingGreat training programFree Car parking Dynamite recruitment is proud to be working with a UK based service provider who are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors/Call Handlers to join a specialist team.This is a really interesting team and role whereby no two calls or days will be the same and requires someone who has the ability to tackle various enquires in a challenging role at times.As a Call Handler/Customer Service Advisor your tasks will include the following:Assist a specialist team with managing prestige client enquiries via email and on the telephone.Taking fill ownership of the clients needs from the initial call through to completion and anything in-between.Prioritising workload in terms of deadlines and importanceLiaising with third parties both internally and externally to manage expectations.To complete high volumes of highly important administration to support with each client need.To manage vulnerable , panicked and challenging people and circumstances with professionalismTo ensure that you meet with compliance. The ideal Customer Service Executive/Call Handler will have/beCall handing, call centre, customer support experience previously.Will ideally have coordinated and supporting a customer from start to finish.Will have good communication skills and experience.Will have the ability to multitask when under pressure.Will be able to prioritise.Will have good administration skills and experience.Be fully competent in using Microsoft Office To be considered please submit your CV asap.INDHP
