As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, offering solutions to technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires a combination of admin, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Main Responsibilities of Customer Service Co-ordinator
- Monitor the Design Services email inbox regularly.
- Collaborate as a team member and independently using initiative.
- Track and document correspondence with prospective clients in the CRM system.
- Create formal correspondences for technical document submissions.
- Provide administrative advice and support to clients or colleagues.
- Record and document departmental KPIs to the required standard.
- Positively communicate with internal colleagues.
- Minimize and efficiently address complaints.
- Maintain professional, polite, informative, and helpful communication.
- Seek guidance in difficult situations; avoid losing control or making it personal.
- Represent the company appropriately in professional or social settings.
Requirements of Customer Service Co-ordinator
- Proven experience in a administrative Customer Service role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathetic, patient, and an active listener with the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite.
