• Monitor software to ensure car parks remain operational• Maintain high standard of customer areas and facilities• Attend Customer Service training and stay up-to-date with trends and legislation• Respond courteously and professionally to calls• Close calls using provided tools• Thoroughly record incidents and follow up actions• Respond to Customer Service and operational issues• Handle 1st stage queries from customers
