THE BUSINESS
We have the pleasure of supporting a well-known print business who are seeking 3 Customer Service Coordinators to join them on a permanent basis, due to internal promotions within the business. They are very much a values led business with Integrity, Relationships, Accountability, Teamwork and Respect, being at the heart of everything they do.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for delivering a first class service to customers through excellent management of a portfolio of accounts, that you will be allocated. You ll also be required to have close interaction with planning/production/operations to ensure the business provides a high level of Customer Service at all times. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Efficient and effective continuous improvement on your portfolio of accounts
- Delivering a high quality customer experience to each and every customer, in line with the business objectives and the department s overall targets and goals
- To ensure and maintain the departments targets and KPI s are achieved through management of allocated accounts
- Ensuring attention to detail is paramount and ability to accurately transfer data/pricing from point of order to invoicing
- Ensuring aged stocks, pre-aged stocks, overdue reserves, unreleased report, WIP status, extras tracker & Pack works tasks are continually being monitored on their accounts to meet company KPI s
- Identifying issues and recommending adjustments or resolutions in order to rectify any issues
- Providing in a concise and timely manner, to both customers and members of the company
- Work closely with the external account manager to meet customer needs and expectations
THE PERSON
- It is preferred that you have worked within the print/packing or FMCG sector
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen is essential
- Computer literate, able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook/Email
- The ability to organise, plan and prioritise workload to achieve targeted KPI s
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Ability to review procedures, ensuring they are fit for purpose and improve where required
