CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

O'Neill & Brennan are a market leading recruitment agency in the construction industry, currently assisting a highly reputable, top-tier Developer who are in need of a Customer Service Co-Ordinator for one of their sites.
The overview of the role is to provide an efficient and professional liaison between purchasers, agents, contractors and all departments, and to be the first point of contact to customers relating to enquiries.
Main Duties
- Actively promote and adhere to the business commitments
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Executive and the Customer Service team
- Raise site instructions, and process invoices ensuring records are kept updated and relevant documentation is included
- Diary management for managers and other contractors
- Liaise with onsite Concierge team when it comes to new critical tenants/customers
- Send update letters monthly for sites and look at ways to improve letters for customers on their journey
- Liaise and assist the Estates team on defects
- Contribute with ideas for weekly/monthly update videos that are sent out to customers

For this role, you must have experience working for a Main Contractor / Developer within the role of a Customer Service Co-Ordinator in the construction industry.
