Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
This Customer Service Co - Ordinator is to manage and develop a portfolio of customers within the Hospitality Sector to achieve targeted sales growth whilst ensuring that the highest level of Customer Service and support is provided at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Be available to receive Inbound calls and emails and reply to those in a timely way
* Process orders correctly to reap the best stage of customer pride
* Produce quotations as required inside forty-eight hours of request
* Always recommend opportunity products to keep away from returned orders
* Manage the communication of back orders to clients
