Customer Service Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Coventry. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to manage customer claims, ensuring efficient and accurate resolution. The role is paying GBP28k per annum, 37.5 hours a week, Mon-Fri 8.30 am to 5pm and up to 1 days hybrid working hours.
Customer Service Main Responsibilities
- Receive and document customer claims regarding our products or services.
- Investigate and validate claims to determine their authenticity.
- Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on the claim status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer claims promptly.
- Accurately enter claim details into the company's database and maintain comprehensive records.
- Ensure all documentation is organized and readily accessible for reference.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to keep them informed about the progress of their claims.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of claims.
- Generate and update reports on the status of customer claims as required by management.
Customer Service Coordinator Requirements
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or claims coordination role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer software and databases for data entry and record-keeping.
- Adaptability to work both in the office and remotely.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
