About Our Client
My client are a global organisation who offer a hugely supportive working environment for all staff members. They provide full training and offer excellent career progression up to senior management level. They offer hybrid working with 2 days from home. This role will include working weekends and bank holidays, covering shifts between 7am and 10pm. You may also be required to work some night shifts from 9pm to 7.30am.
Job Description
- Processing a variety of administration tasks
- Managing a busy phone line and making sure that all call targets were achieved on a daily basis
- Recording all corespondents on the CRM system in a accurate manner
- Provide an excellent standard of Customer Service
- Organise confirmations for medical appointments
- Process payments
- Operate in accordance with FCA regulations
