Salary: up to £24,000 per annum

Responsibilities include:
" Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
" Handling customer complaints, addressing and promptly resolving their issues
" Maintaining the company CRM system
" Liaising with other departments regarding customer orders
Experience working in an office based Customer Service role within the retail and e-commerce sector is preferable.
