We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team within Vistry East London at our office in Brentwood. As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a professional Customer Service with our customers to ensure our 5* service. You will be the first point of contact to deal with customer queries/defects in a professional and timely manner, as well as managing the defects systems to ensure issues are correctly recorded and maintained.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

- Be the first point of contact to deal with customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Manage the defects systems to ensure issues are correctly recorded and maintained
- If required, co-ordinate diaries for the Customer Service Operatives
- Where required, carry out general administrative duties relevant to the Customer Service team
- Process visit reports following internal home visits, entering the information onto the Focus system
