Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for our clients based in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
Main duties of this Customer Service Executive role:
- Working alongside the operational team to ensure the smooth running of the daily workload
- Adjust orders where needed
- Returns/refusal management
- Monitoring deliveries to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Responsible for continuous improvements as part of the Customer Service team
- Assisting customers with resolving of issues/disputes
- Monitoring the back orders
- Supporting with administrative duties
Skills required for this Customer Service Executive role:
- Experience within a Customer Service background is essential
- Have strong computer literacy
- Previous experience working within storage and fulfilment is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to identify issues, analyse situations and develop effective solutions
- Be flexible and adaptable to changes in procedures and customer requirements
Job Details of this Customer Service Executive role:
- Salary - 24,000
- Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00
- Location: Stoke-on-Trent
