Joining a dynamic and customer-centric company specialising in providing exceptional service to valued customers, based in Bedford with hybrid working options, you will be a vital contributor to their continued growth and success.
As a Customer Service Executive, your primary mission will be to assist the team in achieving and maintaining service level agreements for Customer Service, quality, and activity. Your proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in providing seamless administration support.
You will process member and intermediary requests on administration platforms, ensuring that new business is handled efficiently, and outstanding requirements are promptly addressed. You will be providing excellent Customer Service, handling queries from members and intermediaries via telephone and email, ensuring they receive prompt and helpful assistance. You will handle daily post, manage mailboxes, bulk print documents, update member details, and manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. You'll be responsible for processing BACs reports daily, as well as direct debit and direct credit submission files.

Previous administrative experience is desirable along with previous telephone experience.
