As Customer Service Executive based in Ripon, you’ll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining fantastic customers relationships
- Receiving and processing order enquiries and keeping an eye on the order status
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to source products to fulfil customer orders
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Confident communicator
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service environment
- Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
This is a full time permanent position Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with one weekend day required every 4- 6 weeks which is paid as overtime. Once you have completed your training and probation period you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
