SalaryWe are looking for a positive and energetic Customer Service professional to join our client's during a busy period based in their friendly, family feel office in Westminster. This role is starting Wednesday 29th May 2024. Please only apply if you are immediately available.
Duration: 1-2 months
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Pay: £12- 12.50 an hour
Hours: 9am-5pm
Days: Full flexibility required for this position, some weekend work
Location: Victoria/Westminster
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming correspondence from anybody contacting the client via email
- Answering queries via phone calls
- Updating internal information - data entry
- Completing ad/hoc administration where required
What are we looking for?
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Pleasant and friendly telephone manner at all times.
- Ensure that all uploaded documentation is checked and accurate.
- Interest or awareness in politics is beneficial
