An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Dingwall & Thurso Agency.
About the role:
This role is an exciting opportunity for anybody who is looking to join a well-respected branch of NFU Mutual with the opportunity for future development within our business.
- Previous Customer service experience desirable but not necessary.
About you:
- Speaking to customers to resolve queries, provide quotations and discuss our range of products and services.
- Responding to customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Processing and dispatching documents to a high standard.
- Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Possess good IT Skills (particularly Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Be able to demonstrate problem solving skills and use your own judgement
- Have a flexible and open attitude
- Be prompt, reliable and trustworthy
- Be highly organised and able to work to deadlines
