Juice is working with a market leader in their search for Outbound Customer Service Executives. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop and progress in a growing company.
DAY TO DAY :
- We are looking for Outbound Customer Service Executives, who are comfortable making outbound calls to join their friendly team.
- This would really suit someone looking to gain good commercial experience.
- This is a project lead role, and will see you working on new initiatives and speaking to a variety of businesses day-today.
- Calling clients checking status of applications/ campaigns.
- Updating CRM system with notes.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE :
- Excellent communication skills with a clear confident telephone manner.
- Good IT and accurate keyboard skills and be confident in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- A positive attitude and be self-motivated to deliver a high quality of work.
- Great attention to detail.
- We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, who are happy talking to a variety of people over the phone.
- You must also be computer literate with accurate keyboard skills and able to multi-task with speaking to customers and inputting data on to the CRM.

There is a choice of hours and pay available:
- £11 per hour working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- £12 per hour working two 11am - 7pm per week, three 9am - 5pm per week and one Saturday per month 9am - 1pm (day off in lieu).
