Skills and Education:
• Proven one year of experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Customer Service software.
