This local luxury business services company is looking for a talented and professional Sales Customer Service Manager to join their team. Monday – Friday position in Glasgow with base salary up to £35k plus commission for renewals andnew sales

*What will you be doing as Sales Customer Service Manager? 

• Partner with the General Manager to uphold top-tier operational standards 

• Lead Reception staff, providing training, conducting evaluations, and managing schedules 

• Expertly handle customer inquiries and concerns with finesse and professionalism 

• Ensure our facility maintains its prestigious 5-star status through impeccable maintenance 

• Forge strong, positive relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs 

• Address IT/Telecom issues promptly, maintaining comprehensive records for swift resolutions 

• Maintain strict oversight of housekeeping to ensure consistently high standards 

• Showcase our facility to potential clients through engaging and informative tours 

*What experience are we looking for in a Sales Customer Service Manager? 

• Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service 

• Proven track record in staff management, training, and development 

• Familiarity with managing commercial properties and addressing maintenance concerns 

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 

• Proficient in basic IT/Telephony troubleshooting with a willingness to adapt to new systems 

• Highly organised with exceptional time management skills 

• Driven by sales targets and adept at strategic sales planning 

• Skilled negotiator with a knack for closing deals 

• Effective team leader with a focus on fostering growth and development 

• Natural networker with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships
