Customer Service Manager

Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly successful manufacturing company which operates through a network of over 130 franchises. Due to their continued growth and success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Manager on a full time, permanent basis

You will be leading a lively, hardworking Customer Service team as well as helping them succeed within their role. This is an exciting opportunity to join the company during a time of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, coach and develop the Customer Service team whilst making sure they are hitting set targets, KPI’s and are on track with everything they are doing
• Support the team to ensure KPI's and SLAs are met on a consistent basis whilst coaching and developing those who need further training/development
• Managing the on-boarding process for new employees as well as training them up to be an excellent Customer Advisor
• Interacting with customers with more senior queries, handling complaints and escalations whilst providing a professional approach
• Manage all data including policies, processes and procedures relating to the company
• Conduct regular 1:1’s as well as team meetings

Requirements:

• You will have previous management experience in a Customer Service role
• You will have the ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite a google documents
• The ability to remain calm during stressful situations
• Attention to detail
• Excellent Customer Service skills
