Job Title: Customer Service Manager 
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000pa
Location: Harrow
Contract: Permanent, Full Time    
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity to work for an established and fast-growing company in the Financial Services industry. Due to a period of growth, they are looking for an Operations Lead to join and manage their team, this role will play a crucial part in the business for overall growth and development.
 
SKILLS REQUIRED
·Expereince in a Customer Service, telesales, or telemarketing role.
·Confident and upbeat telephone manner.
·Ambitious, enthusiastic, and pro-active.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Fast learner and the ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Lead and enhance the operations of the business, developing processing and managing the Customer Service Team.
·Managing and motivating the team.
·Deal with any escalated complex queries.
·Provide coaching to the team and individuals.
·Quality assurance on calls, evaluate and score calls and emails.
·Hold 1-2-1 performance reviews with the team.
·Manage attendance and holidays of team members.
·Support with the induction and training process for new starters.
·Assist with recruitment for the team - reviewing CVs and holding initial interviews.
·Support in the process of integrating new clients into the team and ensure they are onboarded correctly.
·Ensure business SLAs and targets are achieved.
